Particles fabricated by Metal Xano are identified by TEM analysis as unoxidised pure gold, Au (111), with a size distribution of 4 ~ 10 nm and an average size of 6 nm.

Cubic Cu and CuO nanoparticle assemblies (NPAs), identified by XRD analysis, have sizes about about 20 nm.
